Carrara, 15th June 2022 - Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., a leading international company in the processing and marketing of Carrara marble, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company"), announces, pursuant to the Transparency Regulations and art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, that it has received notice that the company GVM - La Civiltà del Marmo holds a 10% interest in the share capital of Franchi Umberto Marmi.
