The communication and advisory studio with offices in Treviso and Milan will support the company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana - a global leader in the implementation of interventions for the security and predictive programming of infrastructural networks - in the relationship with investors and media.

Arzignano (VI), July 27, 2023 - Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH), a multinational leader in software development and engineering design listed on Euronext Growth Milan, pioneer in the planning, diagnosis and therapy of interventions aimed at safety and predictive scheduling of maintenance activities on infrastructural network structures, in particular bridges and viaducts, has appointed the communication studio T.W.I.N-TheWorld Is Now as Investor & Media Relations advisor for its corporate and financial communication activities.

In order to develop dialogue, communication and visibility of Franchetti S.p.A. with the stakeholders of the financial market, T.W.I.N - in collaboration with Franchetti S.p.A.'s top management and Marketing team - will leverage the entrepreneurial Equity Story, the growth path accelerated by the listing and the business model.

Emphasis and attention will be given to the excellence of technological know-how in relation to software solutions for predictive maintenance of bridges and roads, to the international experience and to the growth potential of the Company.
