On December 23, 2020, Andrew Frawley submitted a notice of his resignation from the Fluent, Inc.'s Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2020. Mr. Frawley served as the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors. Mr. Frawley’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
