The Company’s Real Estate Operations segment involves the acquisition of land, planning and development of fully integrated residential communities, as well as the development and sale of residential lots, housing units, medium-rise residential buildings, farm estates, industrial parks, residential resort projects, a private membership club and condominium buildings. The Company’s Leasing Operations segment involves the operations of Festival Supermall, Fora Tagaytay, Main Square and Il Corso, including its management and theater operations. This segment also includes leasing of commercial and office spaces in Makati City, Muntinlupa City, Pasay City, Bacoor City, Tagaytay City, Cebu City and Clark.
