Fair Value REIT-AG announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended September 30, 2015. For the period, the company reported rental income of EUR 17,413,000 compared to EUR 17,961,000 a year ago. Net rental income was EUR 12,755,000 compared to EUR 13,810,000 a year ago. Operating result was EUR 13,459,000 compared to EUR 11,772,000 a year ago. IFRS Group net profit was EUR 7,800,000 or EUR 0.64 per diluted share compared to EUR 3,455,000 or EUR 0.37 per basic and diluted share a year ago. As at September 30, 2015, the company's NAV per share was EUR 8.45 compared to EUR 8.39 a year ago. FFO at EUR 4.5 million against EUR 3.7 million a year ago.

For 2015 the management board affirmed its expectation of a FFO after non-controlling interests in a range of EUR 6.9 million to EUR 7.2 million. With regards to the increased weighted average number of shares outstanding in 2015 (12.38 million shares) this corresponds to an undiluted FFO per share in a range of EUR 0.56 to EUR 0.58.
