TERMINATION OF S$1,000,000,000 MULTICURRENCY DEBT ISSUANCE PROGRAMME ESTABLISHED BY HSBC INSTITUTIONAL TRUST SERVICES (SINGAPORE) LIMITED (IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE OF ALOG TRUST) (THE "ISSUER")

ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited, in its capacity as manager of ALOG Trust (the "Manager"), refers to the announcement dated 1 December 2017 in relation to the establishment of the S$1,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme (the "Programme") by the Issuer on 30 November 2017 and wishes to announce that the Programme has been terminated with effect from 6 February 2023.

Accordingly, the Issuer's appointment of The Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch, as trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch, as issuing and paying agent, CDP transfer agent and CDP registrar; The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as non-CDP issuing and paying agent and calculation agent; The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Luxembourg Branch, as non-CDP transfer agent and non-CDP registrar; and all other appointments pursuant to the Programme will cease on 6 February 2023.

There are no notes and perpetual securities issued and outstanding under the Programme.
