An undisclosed buyer acquired 9.58% stake in ESOTIQ & Henderson S.A. from Edicta Capital Polska Sp. z.o.o.

Esotiq & Henderson SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the fashion industry. The Company aims at designing, producing and selling clothes and cosmetics for female and male. Its product’s portfolio encompasses lingerie, swimsuits, pajamas and robes, as well as t-shirts, shorts, blouses, bags and dresses. In addition, Esotiq & Henderson SA provides cosmetics products, such as shower gel, lotions, peelings, creams, shampoos, conditioners, lips ticks as well as fragrances, among others. The Company operates in the domestic market, though franchising business model and internationally, through dealers in Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Latvia.
