RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Wednesday, 17 August 2022 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting published on Thursday, 30 June 2022), all of the resolutions tabled thereat, including special resolution number 1 which was modified as detailed in the announcement published on 15 August 2022, were passed by the requisite majority of Equites shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as below:

  • total number of Equites shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 778 685 028.
  • total number of Equites shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 604 552 713, being 77.64% of the total number of Equites shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
