EnX Group Limited Declares Special Distribution

enX Group Limited on 01 August 2022 regarding the declaration of a special distribution of ZAR 1.50 per enX share (the Distribution) and are advised that exchange control approval from the South African Reserve Bank for the Distribution remains outstanding. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the finalisation information pertaining to the payment of the Distribution will be announced in as soon as exchange control approval has been received.
