Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited (NSEI:ENTERO) agreed to acquire remaining 15% stake in Getwell Medicare Solution Private Limited on March 8, 2024. The consideration consists of INR 12 million in cash. As part of the consideration, INR 12 million was paid towards common equity.
The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Entero Healthcare. The turnover of Getwell Medicare for FY 2023 stood at INR 1.94 billion. The expected closing is scheduled for March 14, 2024.
