Reference is made to the Information Memorandum that was submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 30 June 2022, relating to the resolution of the Board of Directors to approve the investment of subsidiary to invest in Beyond Securities Public Company Limited, by acquiring newly issued ordinary shares to specific investors (PP) and the disposition of investment in subsidiaries of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (the "Company").

The Company would like to inform you that in relation to the investment of subsidiary in Beyond Securities Public Company Limited by acquiring newly issued ordinary shares to specific investors, the Information Memorandum on the Acquisition of Asset according to Schedule (2) 1, 2, 3, 5(3), 7 and 8 pursuant to the Notification of the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of Assets, B.E. 2547. The said documents have been submitted to the Company's shareholders whose name listed on 14 March 2022 (Record Date) in accordance with the rules and regulations of Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. ("TSD"). However, the Company has also disclosed the Schedule (2) on the Company's website at www.energyabsolute.co.th.
