Emmis : Chase Rupe Named CEO at Lencore Acoustics

Huntington, New York…Today Chase Rupe was named CEO of Lencore Acoustics, a leader in providing commercial noise management solutions in a variety of acoustical environments including offices, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and educational institutions.

Lencore is an Emmis Corporation company. Rupe has been with Emmis for 17 years, most recently as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development, and previously in leadership roles within its former radio division. Rupe led the Emmis team that sourced and closed the Lencore investment. Before joining Emmis, Rupe held leadership roles at iHeart Media and Cumulus Media.

"Chase has spent the past three years working with the Lencore team on various sales, marketing, and product development initiatives and is uniquely positioned to accelerate adoption of the company's noise management solutions. He is passionate about the value of Lencore's technology and will work well with the Lencore team and its independent sales representatives, distributors, and integrator partners to drive adoption across Lencore's target markets," Patrick Walsh, president of Emmis said.

Emmis acquired Lencore in March 2020. Lencore is based in Huntington, New York and has 34 employees.
