Emak SpA reported consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and first half year of 2013. EBIDTA was EUR 26.9 million compared to EUR 23.3 million for the same period a year ago. EBIT was EUR 21.2 million compared to EUR 17.3 million for the same period a year ago. Net profit was EUR 12.9 million compared to EUR 9.4 million for the same period a year ago. Investments in tangible and intangible assets made during the first half amount to EUR 3.7 million. Basic and diluted earnings per share was EUR 0.078 compared to EUR 0.056 a year ago. Net cash generated by operations was EUR 11,008,000 compared to EUR 13,293,000 a year ago. Total net debt as of June 30, 2013 was EUR 95,487,000.

The company provided earnings guidance for the second half year of 2013. For the second half year, the company estimates that the Group will develop higher sales than the same period of last year.

The Group expects to close 2013 with a turnover between EUR 355 million to EUR 360 million. EBITDA expected to be in the range of EUR 36 million to EUR 38 million. Net debt expected to be around EUR 75 million to EUR 80 million.
