ANNOUNCEMENT

The company under the trade name 'ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') announces to the investors, that the Board of Directors of the Company on its meeting, dated May 26^th, 2021:

I) Appointed as members of the Audit Committee of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of article 44 of Law 4449/2017, as in force, the following members of the Board of Directors of the Company:

a) Mr. Nikolaos Koudounis of Konstantinos, Non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company,

b) Mr. Vasileios Loumiotis of Ioannis, Independent Non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and

c) Mr. Ploutarchos Sakellaris of Konstantinos, Independent Non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

II) In addition, the Board of Directors appointed as Members of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Company the following Members of the Board of Directors of the Company:

a) Mrs. Aikaterini - Nafsika Kantzia of Adamantios, Non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company,

b) Mrs. Ourania Aikaterinari of Nikolaos - Parmenionas, Independent Non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and

c) Mr. Ploutarchos Sakellaris of Konstantinos, Independent Non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
