The Company’s portfolio has an attractive geographical spread, with approximately 27.2% of the portfolio by value situated in London and the Southeast. The Company’s properties spread across the United Kingdom, including the North West, Midlands, North East, South West, Yorkshire and Humber, East, Scotland, and Wales.
