Elior: appointment of a CEO for Elior France

Elior Group announces the appointment of Boris Derichebourg to the position of Chairman and CEO of Elior France, replacing Jean-Yves Fontaine.

Boris Derichebourg, Chief Operating Officer of Elior Group, also becomes Chairman and CEO of Elior France, the entity that groups all of the company's foodservice activities in France.

He will also remain Chairman of Derichebourg Multiservices.

' This new management will be able to rely on a simplified, more transverse organization, fully focused on operations, and which will be effective by the end of the current fiscal year', commented Daniel Derichebourg, Chairman and CEO of Elior Group.

The group manages restaurants located in businesses and public buildings, educational institutions, health care facilities and nursing homes. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - management of restaurants (79.5%); - supply of services to businesses (20.2%): hospitality, cleanliness, interim and recruitment services, remote monitoring services, hostile environments services, etc.; - other (0.3%). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (48.6%), Europe (27.3%) and other (24.1%).
