The group manages restaurants located in businesses and public buildings, educational institutions, health care facilities and nursing homes. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - management of restaurants (79.5%); - supply of services to businesses (20.2%): hospitality, cleanliness, interim and recruitment services, remote monitoring services, hostile environments services, etc.; - other (0.3%). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (48.6%), Europe (27.3%) and other (24.1%).
