E-Globe, agreement to acquire 100 percent of Spain's Bayona Petit

(Alliance News) - E-Globe Spa has announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100 percent of the Spanish company Bayona Petit Tradex Consulting, active in the air conditioning sector and owner of the www.climamarket.eu brand, with a particular focus in Central Europe.

The binding agreement provides for the purchase by E-Globe of 100% of Bayona's share capital - 98.80% sold by shareholder Enrique Martinez Bayona and 1.20% by shareholder Xenia Pages Petit - at a price of EUR3 million, partially financed through recourse to the banking channel and the remainder with equity.

The transaction is expected to close by June 30.

E-Globe trades in the green by 7.2 percent at EUR1.04 per share.
