Because the Company handled ex-dividend and distributed cash dividend,
the conversion price of the said bond shall be adjusted in accordance
with the Company's procedures for issuance and conversion of the 2nd
domestic unsecured convertible bond.
6.Countermeasures:
In accordance with Article 11 of the procedures for issuance and
conversion of the 2nd domestic unsecured convertible bond, the
conversion price will be adjusted from NT$23.1 to NT$22.4,
effective on Jul. 18, 2022, the ex-dividend base date.
