1.Pursuant to the provisions of Article 53-11 of Taipei Exchange Rules
Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx, and Article 12-1, Paragraph
1, Subparagraph 15 and Article 12-2, Paragraph 1 Clause 19 of the
"Security Firm Business Rules for Trading Securities" of the Republic
of China Securities OTC Trading Center stipulates that since the listing
of the Company's common stock will be terminated on August 25, 2022, the
second domestic unsecured convertible bonds issued by the Company on May
13, 2021 (Dynamic ll, code: 62512) will also be terminated from OTC
trading on the same day.
2.In response to this case, the relevant timeline of Dynamic II of the
Company is as follows:
(1) The last trading day of Dynamic II: August 12, 2022
(2) The suspension period of Dynamic II OTC trading: from August 15, 2022
