4.Reason for the change:
As the company issued the second domestic unsecured convertible bonds and
its creditors applied for conversion of common shares, which affected the
total number of outstanding shares. According to the resolution of the
board of directors on 2022/02/23, the chairman was authorized to adjust
the cash dividend payout ratio.
