1) Dynamic Electronics Co., Ltd. completed the election
of the 1st term directors and supervisors at the shareholders' meeting
on May 20, 2022 (regarded as Dynamic Holdings Co., Ltd.
"hereinafter referred to as Dynamic Holdings" Promoter meeting);
According to Articles 203 and 208 of the Company Act,
the first board of directors of "Dynamic Holdings" is convened by Ken Huang
with the highest number of votes, and the board of directors of
"Dynamic Holdings" unanimously elected Ken Huang as the Chairman.
(2)The exercise right of the functions and powers and
the term of office of the new Chairman of the current term are effective
from the determination of the election result to the determination of
the re-election of the next term.
