Dürr Aktiengesellschaft announced that after 23 years at the top of the Supervisory Board of the company Heinz Dürr retired from office at the end of April 26, 2013 annual general meeting. Klaus Eberhardt was elected as his successor by the Supervisory Board, having been a member of the control body for a year. Heinz will remain in close contact with the company as honorary member of the Supervisory Board. Between 2000 and 2012, Klaus Eberhardt was Chairman of the Executive Board of Rheinmetall AG. Dr. Herbert Müller was elected to the Supervisory Board by a large majority of shareholders. Dr. Müller was Chairman of the Board of Management of Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft until 2011.

The company announced that at its AGM held on April 26, 2013, the shareholders approved the proposed dividend of EUR 2.25 per share for 2012 was approved by a large majority of shareholders. The company will distribute a total of EUR 38.9 million. The dividend increase was 88% compared to the previous year.
