DTEK Zakhidenerho PAT (Zakhidenergo OJSC) is a Ukraine-based company primarily engaged in the production, transmission and distribution of electric energy and maintenance works of electric energy network. It operates through three thermal power stations (TES) located in Burshtyn, Ladyzhyn and Dobrotvir, as well as service units Galremenergo, Lvivenergospetsremont, Lvivenergoavtotrans and Zakhidenergopostach. As of February 3, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was DTEK Holdings Limited with a stake of 57.1871%.
