(Reuters) - DS Smith said on Thursday its CEO Miles Roberts will retire after a 13-year stint with the British cardboard maker.
Roberts' formal notice period will start on Dec. 1, 2024, and he will step down as CEO no later than Nov. 30, 2025.
Separately, the London-listed company said its full-year trading is in line with the management's expectations.
