DiNonA Inc. announced a private placement of 2,250,000 shares at a price of KRW 8,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 18,000,000,000 on February 27, 2018. The transaction will include participation from new investor, S-MAC CO., Ltd. for 16.60% stake. Post the closing of the transaction, the number of shares will increase from 11,301,528 to 13,551,528.

The payment date is February 28, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
