HI Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. announced private placement of 100,000,000 shares at a price of KRW 1,175 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 117,500,000,000 on December 23, 2019. The investor will be determined on January 17, 2020 through shareholder allocation method. The subscription will start from February 18, 2020 and end on February 19, 2020. The expected payment date is February 24, 2020. The company will pay registration and other expenses of KRW 531,150,000 in the transaction. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
