"Consultora 414", as the responsible of providing coverage to Homex stock as a result of the registration to the Independent Analyst program by the Company in compliance with the provisions set in the Article 4.048.01 from the internal regulations of the Mexican Stock Exchange, and with the objective of complying with the obligation set forth on the disposition
4.033.01 of the internal regulations of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
