DBT SA signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 20% stake in Enersoft SAS.

DBT specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of access control and energy distribution terminals. Net sales break down by family of products and services as follows: - electric vehicle charging stations (72.7%): standard charging terminals, semi-fast charging terminals and fast-charging terminals; - current transformers (18.9%): instrument transformers designed for metering of EDF yellow and green rates. The group also offers energy distribution terminals (designed for the electrification of public spaces) and retractable systems for access control and deterrence (designed to manage and regulate car flows in cities and ensure unimpeded movement of pedestrians); - services (8.4%). France accounts for 95.1% of net sales.
