obtain implementer��s right of this project to
distribute the building and the ratio of the land
after finished this residential building.
(II)The estimated total cost is approximately
NT$4.811 billion (before tax).
(III)According to the urban renewal rights conversion
plan, the co-payment ratio is 42.92%.
