The Board of Directors (the "Board") of CSC Holdings Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries) refers to the announcement dated 23 July 2020. The redevelopment of property situated at 2 Tanjong Penjuru Crescent, Singapore 608968 into a modern six-storeyramp-up logistics centre has been completed (the "Completion of the Redevelopment").
In connection with the Completion of the Redevelopment, the Board wishes to announce that the registered office address of the Company will be changed to 2 Tanjong Penjuru Crescent, #06-02, Singapore 608968 with effect from 1 August 2022.
The telephone number of the Company remains unchanged at (65) 6262 6266.
