Muto: Hello, everyone. Cross Marketing Group Inc. will now hold a financial results meeting for the full fiscal year ended June 30, 2023. Thank you very much for joining us.

In attendance today from our company are Miki Igarashi, Representative Director, President and CEO; and Koji Onozuka, Managing Director and CFO. The moderator will be Muto, General Manager of Investor Relations. Thank you.

Igarashi will begin by giving a brief introduction, followed by an overview of the Company, the results of the previous fiscal year, and our plans for the current fiscal year. After the explanation, we will have time for questions and answers.

Now, Mr. Igarashi, please begin.

Igarashi: Hello, everyone. I am Miki Igarashi, Representative Director, President and CEO of Cross Marketing Group.

Thank you very much for joining us today.

Now, let me begin my explanation.

We will proceed with today's flow as described here. First, a description of the business, then a summary of financial results, and then topics. Finally, I would like to discuss our financial forecast for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

Let's begin. First of all, I would like to explain again the outline of the Group and its business activities.

First, some basic information. We are Cross Marketing Group and was founded on April 1, 2003, a full 21 years ago.

As for key financial indicators, the Company is a sizeable company with sales of JPY25.09 billion and operating income of JPY1.95 billion in the last fiscal year.

There are three major projects, which I will explain in detail later. The first is the digital marketing business, the second is the data marketing business, and the third is the insight business.

Regarding affiliated companies, the Group also consists of 35 companies: 32 consolidated subsidiaries and three affiliates accounted for by the equity method.

We have a total of 1,530 employees, including about 400 overseas employees.

Next, let me briefly introduce myself.

I was born in May 1973 and am turning 50 this year. As for my career path, after graduating from college, I joined a venture capital firm called JAIC.

While working there, I was involved in so-called investment operations and IPO support. In 2000, during the Internet bubble, I founded and became a director of an Internet company, including the company in which I had invested.

In 2003, Cross Marketing was founded, and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2008 as a specialized online research company, and after 10 years of diversification, the Company was listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2018. We moved to the TSE Prime Market in 2022.

I have served as an outside director of RareJob, Inc., a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime listed company, since before it was listed, and I am also the chairman of the Japan Marketing Research Association.
