The board of directors of Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited announced that the Company received resignation letters from Mr. YANG Zhicheng and Ms. WU Bijun on 24 August 2022, respectively. Mr. YANG and Ms. WU will resign as non-executive directors of the Company in order to allocate more time to focus on the affairs of Country Garden Holdings Company Limited. The resignations of Mr. YANG and Ms. WU will take effect from 24 August 2022. The resignations of Mr. YANG and Ms. WU will not cause the number of members of the Board to fall below the statutory minimum number required by the Rules Governing the Listing of
Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, nor affect the normal operations of the Board and the Group. Mr. YANG and Ms. WU have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and
there are no other matters with respect to their resignations that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Company is looking for suitable candidates within the Group or from the open market to serve as directors of the Company in order to enhance the corporate governance level of the Company and promote sustainable and healthy development, and will make further announcements in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules as and when appropriate.
Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited specializes in residential and non-residential property maintenance and management services. The company provides custom or integrated services for the maintenance, security, cleaning and landscaping of buildings, commercial spaces, private residences, real estate complexes, public buildings, industrial parks, schools, etc. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- property management and services to residents (77%);
- maintenance of real estate and heating installations (17.3%);
- cleaning and sanitation of buildings (5.7%).
All net sales are generated in China.
