Cosmo Chemical Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A005420) announced a private placement of 22nd unregistered and unsecured private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 6,000,000,000 on June 28, 2017. The bonds will mature on June 29, 2022, will have a yield to maturity of 2%, and have a coupon rate of 0%. The bonds will be convertible into common shares at fixed conversion price of KRW 9,248 per share and conversion ratio is 100%. The transaction included participations Shinhan Investment Corp., Hana Bank, IBK Capital Corporation, Shinhan Capital Co., Ltd. and NongHyup Bank.
COSMO CHEMICAL CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of titanium dioxides.
