(Alliance News) - Copernico SIM Spa reported Thursday that it closed the first half of the year with commission income falling to EUR3.9 million from EUR4.5 million in the same period last year.

As of June 30, the company recorded positive net inflows of EUR7.9 million compared to EUR44.8 million in the first half of 2022 and gross inflows of EUR43 million compared to EUR88.5 million in the first six months of the previous year.

The portfolio stood at EUR701 million, allocated mainly in asset management instruments and insurance-type products. Compared with the same period in the previous year, the total value of assets under management increased by nearly EUR32 million, thanks in part to the positive performance of financial markets.

Net trading income was EUR1.6 million from EUR1.9 million a year earlier.

The net loss of EUR3,120 compares with a profit of EUR68,151 in the rfirst half of 2022.

Net financial debt of EUR684,000 from EUR953,000 at the end of 2022.

Copernico SIM's stock closed Thursday down 2.3 percent at EUR3.44 per share.
