Consorcio ARA, S. A. B. de C. V. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 1,836.11 million compared to MXN 1,767.66 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 180.42 million compared to MXN 159.23 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.15 compared to MXN 0.13 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.15 compared to MXN 0.13 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 3,490.6 million compared to MXN 3,410.94 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 340.03 million compared to MXN 297.83 million a year ago.
Consorcio Ara SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the real estate sector. The Companyâs main activities include the design, construction, promotion, leasing and sale of residential properties.
