Componenta Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, 2 November 2023 at 2.45 p.m. EET

During the year 2024, Componenta Corporation will publish its financial reports as follows:

  • Financial Statements Release for 2023 on Friday 1 March 2024
  • Business Review for January‒March 2024 on Tuesday 7 May 2024
  • Half-year Financial Report for January‒June 2024 on Tuesday 23 July 2024
  • Business Review for January‒September 2024 on Friday 1 November 2024

The Annual Review 2023 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published in week 11. In addition, Componenta publishes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2023.

Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 10 April 2024. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.
