NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in compliance with the provisions of CVM Resolutions and in continuity with the Material Fact of March 1st, 2023, informs its shareholders, investors and the market at large that the payment request No. 2024.3400.021.000080 was registered before the Presiding Judge of the 1st Federal Regional Court of Brazil ("TRF1"), for the uncontroversial amount of BRL 3,628.7 million (November/2022 reference), stemming from the original lawsuit No. 0008066-96.1994.4.01.3400 and the enforcement of sentence No. 1074228-74.2022.4.01.3400, both of which are pending in the 21st Federal Civil Court of the Judicial Section of the Federal District.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned request, the procedure is pending review by the Presiding Judge of the TRF1, aiming for the inclusion of the payment order in the budget of the Federal Government, pursuant to Article 100 and its paragraphs of the Federal Constitution.

The Company will keep the market informed about the progress of this process.
