NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in compliance with the provisions of B3's Corporate Governance Level 2 Regulation and CVM Resolutions, informs its shareholders, investors and the market at large that the Annual Corporate Events Calendar has been updated as a result of deliberation at the 3rd/2024 Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors, which changed the date of the 60th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to April 29, 2024. The deadlines for submission of Management's Proposal and the Call Notice have been changed to March 27, 2024.
