Compagnie des Alpes' consolidated sales for the 2022/23 financial year amounted to €1,125.5 million, exceeding the €1 billion mark for the first time in its history.

On a like-for-like basis, sales are up 17.4% on FY 2021/22. On a like-for-like basis (i.e., restated for the acquisition of MMV, consolidated since the beginning of the year), growth came to 9.9% on the previous year.

All three divisions contributed to the Group's dynamic 12-month like-for-like sales, with +7.1% for Ski Areas & Outdoor Activities, +18.1% for Distribution & Hospitality and +12% for Leisure Parks.

In the 4th quarter of the fiscal year alone, sales reached €231.8m, up 8.4% on an actual basis and 4.5% on a like-for-like basis on the previous year's 4th quarter.

In view of the excellent level of activity in the second half of the 4th quarter, notably the record month of September, and in spite of the "electric shock" (i.e. unprecedented increase in the price of electricity), the Group now believes that it will be able to slightly exceed the target it had set itself for this year, i.e. an EBITDA close to that of 2021/22 excluding the integration of MMV and non-recurring items.
