On December 31, 2023, Mr. Riccardo Di Blasio tendered his resignation as Chief Revenue Officer of Commvault Systems, Inc., to be effective January 12, 2024. Mr. Di Blasio?s resignation was not associated with or attributable to any disagreement with the Company, including without limitation, any matter relating to the Company?s accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, internal controls, management or operations.
