Commvault Systems, Inc. announced on June 6, 2023, Mr. James ("Jay") Whalen tendered his resignation as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, to be effective August 17, 2023. The Company acknowledges and is grateful for Mr. Whalen's decade of dedicated service to the Company.
