Coloseum Holding A.S. has completed an IPO in the amount of CZK 104.55 million.

Coloseum Holding as is a Czech Republic-based gastronomic group, which includes a network of restaurants, catering services, wholesale and cafes. Among others, company's portfolio includes diversified brands: Pizza Coloseum, Pivovar Narodni, Obcanska Plovarna, Pragogastro, Catering Coloseum. The Company's goal is to create a gastronomic group combining the operation of classic restaurants (Pizza Coloseum and Pivovar Narodni), catering and social events (Civic swimming pools, hockey stadiums), the Cafe Pascucci chain of cafes and the supply and service company Pragogastro. Entity also engages in bakeries and confectionery activities, rental and delivery of movable items and retail trade with mixed goods.
