COLABOR ANNOUNCES AN INVESTMENT IN MATURIN

Boucherville, Quebec, July 19, 2023 - Colabor Group Inc. ("Colabor") is pleased to announce the acquisition of a minority investment in 9374-1502 Québec inc. ("Maturin") as of June 22, 2023.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Longueuil, Maturin, as at the farm, exclusively offers food from more than 600 farms and food processors in Quebec. Sales are made in short circuit and delivery is directly to your door anywhere in the province. The objectives of this family business are to raise awareness and help Quebec biofood companies to sell online and to develop direct sales markets by offering them a collective integrated logistics system, and to increase the proportion of local food products.
