Cogstate Limited is a neuroscience technology company optimizing brain health assessments to advance the development of new medicines and to enable earlier clinical insights in healthcare. Its principal activities are the creation, validation, and commercialization of digital brain health assessments; and design and provision of quality assurance services in clinical trials, focused on the administration, scoring, and recording of conventional brain health assessments. Its segments include Clinical Trials, Healthcare, and Administration. In the Clinical Trials segment, the technology and associated services are used to quantify the effect of disease and of drugs, devices or other interventions on human subjects participating in clinical trials primarily conducted by pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies.
