Cluey Ltd is an education technology (edtech) company that combines education and technology to deliver education outcomes and an enhanced experience for students. The Company operates through two segments: Cluey Learning and Code Camp. Both segments provide learning support to school-aged students mainly in Australia. The Cluey Learning segment primarily operates in an online learning environment, while Code Camp segment operates in face-to-face and online environments. The Cluey Learning segment delivers a personalized, face-to-face online tutoring experience for students in years 2-12, across Maths, English, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. It provides curriculum aligned academic support for students in Australia and New Zealand. In addition, it delivers co-curricular online, holiday camps and after-school programs in Australia and the United Kingdom through its wholly owned subsidiary, Codecamp Holdings Pty Ltd (Code Camp). Code Camp offers coding and digital skills programs.
