Dry Cargo division announces new leadership team

Clarksons is pleased to share the updated leadership of the Dry Cargo division, which will be a collaboration across the Panamax, Handymax and Capesize desks. Richard Haines, MD of Global Panamax;Guy Bartleet, MD of Global Handymax; and Tim Francis, MD of Global Capesize, between them, have over 70 years shipping experience, and collectively will bring even greater focus on reaching strategic goals.
Dry Cargo shipbroking has been a core part of the Clarksons business since the company was founded in 1852. It now stands as the world's biggest Dry Cargo shipbroker with 173 expert brokers across 14 global locations providing 24/7 coverage. Working alongside their global leadership colleagues, the trio will continue to drive the division forward, collaborating with regional teams and experts to grow existing client relationships and harness new opportunities. The division prides itself on its unrivalled depth of knowledge and the ability to guide clients through complex and multi-cycle markets. The shared leadership will further strengthen this offering to the benefit of the client base.
Richard, Managing Director, Global Panamax, brings with him shipping experience spanning 20+ years. He commented:
