Chiyoda Integre Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6915) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 500,000 shares, representing 4.41% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥1,350 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to improve shareholder returns based on the medium-term management plan and to implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till November 30, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 11,349,770 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and had 279,159 shares in treasury.
