This announcement is made by China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (the "Bank", together with its subsidiary, the "Group") pursuant to Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules")) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules.
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in the PRC, due to the issuance of tier 2 capital bonds by the Bank, the unaudited financial data of the Group and the Bank for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 (the "Financial Data") has been published on the website of China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. (http://www.chinabond.com.cn) and China Foreign Exchange Trade System & National Interbank Funding Center (http://www.chinamoney.com.cn).
