RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

AND

CHANGE OF BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBER

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Resources Gas Group Limited (the "Company") announces that due to job reallocation, Mr. JING Shiqing will retire as non-executive director of the Company, member of Remuneration Committee and member of Nomination Committee with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 21 May 2021.

Mr. JING Shiqing has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters in relation to his retirement that need to be brought to the attention of the holders of securities of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr. JING Shiqing for his valuable contributions to the Company and the Board.
